A Moldavian who used a false passport to gain employment was fined €500 and the passport was ordered for destruction.

M3 construction worker killed

A construction worker was killed after the dumper truck he was driving over turned  on the site of the new M3 at Derrockstown, Dunshaughlin.
The victim has been named as Peter McAndrew (44), a pipelayer from Coolarty, Co Longford.
